I don't offer refunds or exchanges on products for a change of mind or custom work unless there is a fault with the product.

If the products in your order arrive damaged or faulty please let me know with a message or email to justsewjessau@gmail.com so that I can work on a solution for you.

If your order does not arrive please let me know so that I can initiate an investigation with the post carrier and continue to work with you on finding a solution.
